Beautiful home located in the foothills of Almaden is the site of this sale.  A fun place to do your Christmas shopping!  A large variety of items are available including furniture, décor, wall art, collectables, jewelry, apparel, plants, holiday decorations, cooking and service items, fine China, crystal and everyday glassware, clothing, electronics, and outdoor furniture. Pictures of many of the items are posted under Photos on this site along with a further itemization below. Photos and itemization reflect a limited sampling of what will be available at the sale.

The property is located in a nice neighborhood in the foothills of Almaden (San Jose).  It is 1.75 miles from the intersection of Camden Avenue and Meridian Avenue.  The property is adjacent to Almaden Country Club.  You will see some beautiful homes on the way.  There is plenty of parking. The contents of this property are available for purchase and are generally in very good condition. The property is filled with many of the items that you would expect to see at a sale of this nature in this neighborhood (and a lot of surprises awaiting your discovery).

PLEASE be respectful of the neighborhood avoid blocking driveways.
