Sale includes a nice selection of furniture. There is an abundance of both culinary cooking and service items – pots/pans, knives, small appliances (irons, mixers, toaster oven, coffee makers, etc.), mugs, glassware, china and dishware, fine china; crystal pieces, stemware. Included is a panacea of costume and some fine jewelry, . clothing, hats, shoes, jackets, scarves, Electronics: include inkjet printer, full stereo system, KEF speakers, DVD players; clocks, radios, pads, along with lots of small electronics, etc. There are books, DVD’s, CD’s & LPs. There is a nice selection of garden pots and plants – Of particular note is an abundance s of children’s vintage toys.
Furniture:
The furniture is in very good to excellent condition. Most of it was made by Cal Shops and are of excellent craftmanship, nicely finished and feature quality wood. (Two unique refurbished antique chairs of note that are not Cal Shops: a rocker and wooden carved back chair. Both are upholstered and have wheels. They were brought to America between 1870 and 1880 from Norway. The exact date is not established). Continuing with the balance of the furniture: round wooden table with marble top, vintage dream leather chair with foot stool – nail head detail, queen bed with wood headboard and foot board with pillow top mattress and box spring, table top china hutch with glass doors, lighted china cabinet, 2 door wood stereo cabinet, corner hutch, small side table 2 drawers, cream colored armoire, cream colored recliner, 2 chairs with cane seats, Pottery Barn wooden child’s table with 2 chairs, 2 folding upholstered cane back chairs, upholstered rocker with cane sides, a wood finish swivel office chair, 8 drawer low dresser with attached mirror, low 6-drawer dresser, tall 6-drawer dresser, tall 5-drawer dresser. 7-drawer desk with hutch and chair, secretary – fold out desk, multiple lamps of varying styles to choose from, antique wall clock, antique mantle clock.
Toys and Games:
Highlights: There are a lot of vintage toys and games. Tonka vehicles, Lesney and matchbox vehicles, Erector Set, Lincoln Logs, Chevron Cars, Ping Pong table, badminton set, horseshoes, Legos, Coca Cola train set, puzzles and board games and collectable dolls.
Culinary:
Highlights: Crystal including Waterford Crystal; 5 piece sterling silver coffee service, fine china; oven proof dinner ware, flatware. The property is located in a nice neighborhood in Saratoga. There is plenty of parking. The contents of this property are available for purchase and are generally in very good condition. The property is filled with many of the items that you would expect to see at a sale of this nature in this neighborhood (and a lot of surprises awaiting your discovery). PLEASE be respectful of the neighborhood avoid blocking driveways. Everything must be liquidated. We have been engaged to facilitate the sale.

The Sale is in Saratoga, just a few blocks from the corner of Lawrence Expressway and Prospect Rd. Highway 280 provides the closest freeway access. There is close access to the property from Prospect Road, Saratoga Avenue, Miller Avenue, Blaney Avenue and Sunnyvale Saratoga Road (DeAnza Blvd.).
From 280 take the Lawrence Expressway exit and proceed South on Lawrence Expressway. Turn right on Prospect Road (West). You will see Prospect High School at the corner of Lawrence Expressway and Prospect Road. Once you get close to the sale, our orange signs will lead you to the sale. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Please do not block any driveways.
