The property is located in a nice neighborhood in West San Jose.  It is .5 miles from the intersection of Williams Rd and Winchester Blvd.  There is plenty of parking. The contents of this property are available for purchase and are generally in very good condition. The property is filled with many of the items that you would expect to see at a sale of this nature in this neighborhood (and a lot of surprises awaiting your discovery).

PLEASE be respectful of the neighborhood avoid blocking driveways.

Everything must be liquidated. We have been engaged to facilitate the sale.
